However, a judge recently agreed to dismiss the criminal charge as part of a diversion order if Offset completes 50 hours of community service, attends an anger management program, and refrains from any further violations for the next 12 months.
Offset’s lawyer, Christy OâConnor, emphasized in legal documents that her client has maintained a clean record since the incident and expressed regret for his actions. Representatives for Offset and Sanchez have not commented on the decision, and Offset continues to deny all allegations against him. The civil claims filed by Sanchez are still pending, with a hearing scheduled for August 5.
